This leadership role sits at the intersection of data, operations, and strategy within a high-growth healthcare environment focused on expanding access to critical neurological care. You will be responsible for transforming complex operational, clinical, and financial data into actionable insights that guide executive decision-making and improve performance across the business unit. Acting as a key advisor to senior leadership, you will shape analytics strategy, strengthen reporting infrastructure, and ensure data-driven execution across multiple operational teams. The role requires strong collaboration across Finance, Clinical, IT, and Business Development functions to build scalable systems and improve visibility into key performance metrics. You will also oversee the development of dashboards, KPI frameworks, and forecasting models that support both day-to-day operations and long-term planning. This is a highly visible position with direct impact on patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and organizational growth in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Responsible for leading business intelligence strategy and operational analytics to support data-driven decision-making, performance optimization, and scalable growth across the Neurology business unit.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, translating complex data into actionable business insights
- Lead the development and enhancement of KPI dashboards, reporting tools, and advanced analytics platforms
- Oversee clinical payroll, compensation systems, and related data architecture improvements for accuracy and scalability
- Partner with Finance to support forecasting, budgeting, revenue tracking, and operational performance reviews
- Identify and address data quality issues, reporting gaps, and operational inefficiencies
- Monitor and report on key operational KPIs including provider readiness, implementation timelines, and service performance metrics
- Collaborate with IT, Data Warehouse, and Analytics teams to ensure accurate, standardized, and compliant data across systems
- Support Clinical Provisioning teams in optimizing scheduling and automation tools within enterprise platforms such as Salesforce
- Develop scalable operational processes that integrate financial, clinical, and pricing considerations
- Lead, coach, and develop direct reports, ensuring alignment with business unit goals and performance standards
This role requires a strong blend of analytical expertise, healthcare operations experience, and leadership capability in a data-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of relevant experience in healthcare operations, business intelligence, or analytics leadership
- Strong proficiency in advanced Excel and data visualization tools
- Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical data systems
- Ability to build, interpret, and translate data into clear executive-level narratives
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and regulatory environments
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across clinical, technical, and business teams
- Experience leading teams, including performance management, coaching, and development
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
- Preferred: experience with Salesforce, data warehousing systems, and healthcare analytics platforms
