Your Impact:

As a Solutions Consultant at Deliverect, you will play a pivotal role in driving company growth by providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to our Enterprise clientele. Acting as both a technical authority and a trusted business partner, you will bridge the gap between complex developer ecosystems and business operations.

You will navigate ambiguous, high-stakes environments to craft clear technical implementation paths, ensuring successful adoption across diverse business models. Your direct engagement with executive leadership, technical teams, and internal product leadership will shape the direction of our solutions, drive continuous platform innovation, and foster long-term customer success.

  • Fluency in English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills being essential.
  • French language skills would be considered a strong asset.
  • This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Toronto, Ontario. You will be required to attend the office during 3 designated office days per month.
  • The expected annual OTE for the role is between $99,400 CAD and $136,000 CAD.
  • This position is for an existing vacancy.
What you will do
  • Technical Scoping & Solution Architecture: Analyze complex enterprise customer workflows, translate technical requirements into scalable implementation, and lead deep-dive technical alignment sessions..

  • Consultative Implementation: Wear a strategic consultant hat to guide clients beyond basic setup by recommending best ways of working, operational best practices, and optimized integration architectures tailored to business and operational needs.

  • C-Suite & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical advisor to both technical leads and C-suite executives, articulating technical concepts clearly and building confidence across complex, multi-phased projects.

  • Product & Voice of Customer (VOC) Advocacy: Work side-by-side with Product Managers and Engineering teams to share structured VOC feedback, identify product gaps, and directly influence platform roadmaps based on frontline client insights.

  • Defining a Path in Ambiguity: Thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments by establishing structure where steps are unclear, prioritizing critical initiatives, and resolving shifting requirements with agility.

  • Adoption, E2E Testing & Enablement: Guide clients through the full onboarding and adoption lifecycle by planning and executing end-to-end (E2E) systems testing, delivering tailored training programs for stakeholders, and ensuring seamless deployments.

  • Creative Problem Solving: Apply systems thinking and root-cause analysis to troubleshoot complex integration, middleware, and API challenges to resolution.

  • Continuous Improvement & Mentorship: Document and escalate platform bugs via proper channels, optimize team implementation frameworks, and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of technical excellence.
