As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will manage key stages of the recruiting process, from sourcing and candidate outreach to screening and scheduling. You will play an essential role in creating a positive candidate experience while keeping recruitment operations organized and efficient. You will collaborate with a growing team, leverage modern recruiting tools, and help improve processes as the organization expands. - Source and engage qualified healthcare professionals through platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, clinical networks, and relevant job boards.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruiting process, ensuring timely follow-ups and a strong candidate experience.
- Conduct initial screening conversations to evaluate candidate fit, including qualifications, licensing, availability, and interest.
- Prepare clear candidate summaries and share relevant insights with the hiring team to support decision-making.
- Coordinate interviews, send confirmations and reminders, and maintain accurate scheduling processes.
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records, including candidate statuses, notes, and next steps.
- Handle recruiting administration tasks while identifying opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency.
- Use AI-powered recruiting tools to support outreach, candidate summaries, and operational improvements.
- Previous experience recruiting healthcare providers such as physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered nurses, or other licensed clinical professionals.
- Understanding of healthcare credentials, licensing requirements, and effective communication approaches for clinical candidates.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a warm, professional, and candidate-focused approach.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, or similar platforms.
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve recruiting workflows, draft communications, and increase efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote, part-time contract environment.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, scheduling tools, or similar recruiting platforms is a plus.
- Remote contract position with flexible scheduling.
- Approximately 20 hours per week initially, based on hiring volume.
- Competitive hourly rate of $30–$40/hour, depending on experience.
