The Deployment Strategist will own the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic customer engagements, ensuring successful planning, execution, and adoption of technology solutions. This role requires a combination of product management expertise, project leadership, business strategy, and operational excellence to deliver meaningful customer outcomes.

• Partner with sales and customer teams to conduct deep discovery, understand business challenges, and identify high-value opportunities.
• Analyze customer organizations, business processes, and technical landscapes to define strategic solutions.
• Quantify business impact and establish value-driven objectives, success criteria, and measurable outcomes.
• Define minimum viable products (MVPs), project scope, timelines, and delivery plans.
• Create product requirement documents (PRDs) and translate customer needs into actionable engineering requirements.
• Own project execution by prioritizing development efforts, managing scope, and ensuring delivery milestones are achieved.
• Lead agile project processes, coordinate engineering teams, and remove technical or organizational blockers.
• Manage communication with stakeholders at all levels, from executive leadership to individual contributors.
• Act as the primary quality assurance partner by validating solutions and ensuring they meet customer expectations.
• Lead solution launches, coordinate implementation activities, and support adoption after delivery.
• Gather customer feedback, drive continuous improvements, and demonstrate delivered business value.
• Develop documentation, training materials, and long-term support strategies.
• Identify future opportunities by maintaining trusted customer relationships and understanding evolving business needs.

• Strong executive presence with the ability to build trust, influence decisions, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical and business concepts.
• Product management or strategy mindset with experience defining priorities, roadmaps, and solutions.
• Ability to perform business analysis, understand competitive landscapes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Strong project management skills with experience leading agile software development initiatives.
• Experience defining business value through ROI, TCO analysis, or similar value-based approaches.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment across technical and business teams.
• Hands-on execution mindset with a willingness to take ownership and solve problems independently.
• 2+ years of experience as a Deployment Strategist, product leader, startup builder, founder, or similar role preferred.
• Alternatively, 5+ years of experience in senior client-facing product, delivery, consulting, or technology roles.
• Experience writing product requirements documents and managing engineering backlogs.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% as required.
