ERP Developer (Infor CloudSuite Industrial) in Hanoi at GRADION

We are hiring an ERP Developer to build, configure, and support INFOR ERP solutions for our enterprise clients. You will work directly with our technical and consulting teams to deliver reliable, production-grade INFOR implementations, from custom development to integration and post-go-live support.

• Design, develop, and customize INFOR applications (e.g., INFOR LN, CloudSuite, M3, or related modules) based on client requirements.

• Build and maintain integrations between INFOR and third-party systems using APIs, ION, and middleware tools.

• Develop scripts, workflows, and reports using INFOR development tools (e.g., 4GL, ION, Birst, or equivalent).

• Configure and extend INFOR modules to support business processes across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, or related domains.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues within agreed SLAs.

• Support upgrades, migrations, and patch deployments with minimal disruption to client operations.

• Document technical designs, configurations, and processes to a governed, audit-ready standard.

• Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience developing on ERP platforms.

• Experience with system integrations, APIs, and middleware in an enterprise environment.

• Solid understanding of core ERP business processes (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution).

• Strong problem-solving skills and the discipline to work within defined standards and SLAs.

• Good English communication skills, written and verbal, for client-facing collaboration.

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
