Job Description

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Sanitation Technicians to support both our production and warehouse operations, helping ensure employees can work safely while maintaining the high standards required in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a regulated manufacturing environment where accuracy and accountability matter.
Schedule: We operate two established shifts: 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.–2:00 a.m. Employees are typically assigned to a regular shift; however, candidates should be willing to work either shift when business needs require.
This is a hands-on, physical position. You'll be on your feet most of the day, regularly lifting up to 50 pounds, moving materials throughout the facility, and working in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize manufacturing equipment, production lines, warehouse areas, offices, restrooms, and common areas.
- Perform scheduled deep cleaning of production and warehouse equipment and work areas.
- Remove trash and waste materials while following proper disposal procedures.
- Operate floor scrubbers, pressure washers, vacuums, pallet jacks, and other sanitation equipment after training.
- Restock cleaning supplies, paper products, sanitizers, and PPE.
- Complete sanitation documentation accurately and on time.
- Report safety, equipment, or facility concerns promptly.
- Assist with warehouse and production sanitation needs as business demands change.
- Follow all cGMP, OSHA, and company sanitation procedures.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to follow written procedures and safety requirements.
- Basic computer or tablet skills.
- Previous sanitation, warehouse, janitorial, or manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Experience in food, pharmaceutical, dietary supplement, or other regulated manufacturing is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk throughout your shift.
- Frequently bend, kneel, climb, reach, push, and pull.
- Lift and move up to 60 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Work around cleaning chemicals while wearing required PPE.
- Work in varying temperatures and around manufacturing equipment and wet environment.
- Work overtime or occasional weekends when needed.
Work Environment
This position works within warehouse and manufacturing areas in a cGMP-regulated nutraceutical facility. Employees are expected to follow all safety, GMP, sanitation, and PPE requirements while maintaining professionalism, teamwork, and operational efficiency.
Final candidates will be required to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, as condition of employment in a GMP-regulated facility.
