Job Description
About Rhyme Software Corporation
Rhyme is transforming one of healthcare’s most painful processes: prior authorization. We partner with health systems and health plans to eliminate administrative waste and accelerate patient access to care. Our platform integrates directly with EHRs to automate prior auth workflows, drive real-time decisions, and reduce delays across specialties, from radiology to oncology.
We serve some of the nation’s largest provider systems and process millions of authorizations annually. As the largest integrated prior authorization network in the U.S., Rhyme brings transparency, efficiency, and collaboration to the point of care.
We are a small, fast-growing team supported by leading healthcare investors, and we are building infrastructure that works for both sides of the healthcare system.
About the role
As a Strategic Account Manager (Provider), you will be the strategic growth lead for some of Rhyme’s most important health system partnerships. You will own expansion strategy within existing provider customers, build trusted relationships with senior executives, and translate demonstrated customer value into measurable revenue growth.
You will identify, shape, and close opportunities to expand Rhyme’s platform across additional workflows, specialties, facilities, and enterprise use cases. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of healthcare operations, exceptional executive presence, and the ability to connect customer outcomes to commercial opportunities.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Leadership to drive account growth while ensuring customers continue to realize meaningful operational, financial, and patient-access outcomes from Rhyme’s platform. Describe the role and team the candidate will be joining
