• Prepare, cook, and plate scratch-made menu items according to Biscuit Belly recipes and standards

• Mix, portion, and bake our signature biscuits with consistency and pride every single batch

• Execute prep lists accurately and keep the kitchen stocked and ready for peak service

• Own your station clean, organized, and running smoothly throughout every shift

• Keep dishes, cookware, and utensils clean, sanitized, and flowing back to the line

• Communicate clearly with teammates across BOH and FOH to keep service seamless

• Support teammates proactively jump in wherever the kitchen needs you

• Maintain high sanitation standards and food safety practices at all times

• Adhere to all local food safety guidelines and internal procedures

• Be a role model for the culture every shift, without exception

• Real pride in food quality and kitchen craft this matters to you

• Calm, constructive, and positive under pressure

• Honest, dependable, and committed to doing things the right way

• Strong attention to detail you notice when something's off and you fix it

• Takes initiative you see what needs to be done and you do it
