Job Description:

Greenlight Security Inc is a security firm that operates in 10 states across the U.S. We are hiring full time and part time employees for a new long term contract in multiple cities in LA for uniformed and plainclothes operations. This is a night /swing shift posting.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; valid state security guard license/registration as required by local regulations

• Valid CCW Permit

• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods, including outdoor and indoor environments

• Strong observational skills with the ability to detect and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations

• Clear verbal and written communication skills for incident reporting and interacting with staff, visitors, and the public

• Ability to remain calm and follow established procedures during emergencies or conflicts

• Reliable availability for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Nice to have:

• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military, or loss prevention

• CPR/First Aid/AED certification

• Familiarity with access control systems, CCTV monitoring, or incident reporting software

• Bilingual communication skills
