Responsibilities
The Director - REPAC is responsible for developing and executing a strategic incident management framework tailored to JPMC’s operational needs. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and efficient services across the REPAC team, while proactively identifying and mitigating operational risks. The Director leads service evolution initiatives and drives consistency, reliability, and excellence in all core functions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement an incident management suite of services – including processes and tools – which are aligned with JPMC’s mission critical business objectives.
- Lead the continuous improvement and evolution of service delivery solutions.
Risk & Continuity Management:
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Establish controls and governance mechanisms to maintain service integrity.
Service Excellence:
- Drive consistency, quality, and reliability across all REPAC team services.
- Oversee superior execution of REPAC functions, ensuring alignment with SLAs and compliance standards.
Team Oversight:
- Provide leadership and direction to REPAC team managers and staff.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements include:
- 10+ years of experience in incident management, property management, or operational leadership.
- Proven track record of strategic planning and execution in a complex, regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of risk management and business continuity principles.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience in financial services or enterprise-level security operations.
Advanced proficiency in service delivery platforms and performance analytics.
