DELIVERY DRIVER/WAREHOUSE in Arlington, Texas at All-Pro Fasteners Inc

All-Pro Fasteners, Inc. is a full-line, full-service fastener company that distributes a complete line of bolts, nuts, washers, screws and fastener related components throughout the United States. The main distribution and manufacturing facilities for All-Pro are centrally located in Arlington, Texas with additional service centers throughout Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Iowa and Illinois.

We are currently looking for a full-time VMI DRIVER/WAREHOUSE. This position will be located at:
1915 Peyco Dr
Arlington, Tx 76001

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-3:00 PM

We are looking for a dependable VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) Driver to deliver products to customer locations and maintain VMI bins and inventory at each site. This position requires someone who is reliable, organized, safety-conscious, and comfortable working independently.

Job Responsibilities
• Read and understand daily paperwork, pick lists, and delivery instructions
• Pull and prepare products for the daily route
• Load and organize your own company truck
• Safely drive to customer locations and job sites
• Follow all company and customer safety requirements while on site
• Wear required PPE, including steel-toe safety boots and any additional PPE required by the customer
• Use an RF scanner to scan and verify VMI bins and inventory
• Check customer bins to make sure they are properly stocked and organized
• Replenish bins with the required products
• Identify items that are low, missing, or need to be replenished
• Verify product quantities and scan inventory accurately
• Keep VMI areas clean and organized
• Communicate with customers regarding inventory needs or issues
• Report any inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or other concerns
• Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers
• Complete daily paperwork and required documentation
• Follow all company policies and safe driving practices
Qualifications
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Ability to read and understand paperwork
• Basic computer and RF scanner skills
• Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities
• Dependable and punctual
• Good attention to detail
• Good customer-service skills
• Ability to lift and move boxes and materials
• Previous delivery, warehouse, or inventory experience is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift and carry products and boxes throughout the workday
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move materials
• Ability to safely load and unload a company vehicle
• Must be able to wear required PPE, including steel-toe safety boots
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have driver's license with clean driving record

1-3 years driving experience
