Sales Process Support· Present SCIA Engineer, Allplan, and SDS2 to prospective customers through online meetings, in-person meetings, and seminars.· Deliver prepared product presentations confidently and professionally.· Gradually adapt existing presentations and create new presentations independently.· Prepare tailored presentations according to the specific needs of each sales opportunity.· Analyze customer requirements and provide consultation to support quotation preparation.
Technical Support for Customers and Projects· Provide consultations and address specific technical customer requirements.· Deliver training sessions online, at customer premises, or in the office.· Create supporting materials for customers.· Support implementation of company solutions in the customer environment.· Assist with localization of new software versions.· Support localization of the software user interface.· Assist in the preparation of localized documentation.· Test new software versions and correct localization issues.· Prepare installation data for customers in the Czech and Slovak markets.
