This role sits at the intersection of advanced cardiovascular imaging and cutting-edge structural heart therapies, supporting complex transcatheter mitral and tricuspid valve procedures. You will play a critical part in case planning by analyzing high-resolution imaging to ensure optimal procedural outcomes for patients with limited treatment options. Working closely with field teams, clinicians, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help translate imaging data into actionable clinical insights. You will also contribute to training, process optimization, and knowledge sharing across clinical and commercial teams. In this role, you will be responsible for advanced imaging analysis and clinical case planning support across transcatheter mitral and tricuspid therapy programs, ensuring high-quality inputs for procedural success.
- Analyze 3D CT and other imaging modalities to assess anatomical suitability and support case planning for transcatheter valve therapies
- Perform advanced imaging reconstructions beyond field team capabilities and generate detailed clinical imaging reports
- Support case tracking across multiple platforms and collaborate with field teams, sales operations, IT, and clinical stakeholders
- Provide training to field personnel and healthcare providers on imaging acquisition, interpretation, and case planning strategies
- Enter and manage imaging and measurement data in CRM and related systems to ensure accuracy and traceability
- Identify gaps in imaging acquisition processes and recommend improvements to enhance clinical and operational outcomes
- Develop training materials and support knowledge-sharing sessions for complex clinical cases and best practices
- Contribute to quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across imaging workflows
This role requires strong clinical imaging expertise, deep cardiovascular knowledge, and the ability to operate effectively in a highly technical and collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a related field, or equivalent clinical experience
- 8+ years of clinical echocardiographic or imaging experience in a hospital or cardiac setting
- Certification in relevant imaging modalities (e.g., RDCS, RCS, ARRT) preferred
- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular imaging principles, including CT, TTE, TEE, ICE, MRI, and 3D reconstruction techniques
- Experience with imaging analysis platforms (e.g., TomTec, 3Mensio, Vitrea, Xcelera, Circle VI) highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ability to manage clinical data accurately
- Strong communication skills with the ability to train and guide clinical and field teams effectively
- Proven analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities in complex clinical scenarios
- Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and engage confidently with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders
- Willingness to travel up to 10% as required
- Competitive base salary range ($126,000–$178,000 depending on experience and qualifications)
