  • Support case tracking across multiple platforms and collaborate with field teams, sales operations, IT, and clinical stakeholders
  • Provide training to field personnel and healthcare providers on imaging acquisition, interpretation, and case planning strategies
  • Enter and manage imaging and measurement data in CRM and related systems to ensure accuracy and traceability
  • Identify gaps in imaging acquisition processes and recommend improvements to enhance clinical and operational outcomes
  • Develop training materials and support knowledge-sharing sessions for complex clinical cases and best practices
  • Contribute to quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across imaging workflows
Requirements

This role requires strong clinical imaging expertise, deep cardiovascular knowledge, and the ability to operate effectively in a highly technical and collaborative environment.

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a related field, or equivalent clinical experience
  • 8+ years of clinical echocardiographic or imaging experience in a hospital or cardiac setting
  • Certification in relevant imaging modalities (e.g., RDCS, RCS, ARRT) preferred
  • Strong knowledge of cardiovascular imaging principles, including CT, TTE, TEE, ICE, MRI, and 3D reconstruction techniques
  • Experience with imaging analysis platforms (e.g., TomTec, 3Mensio, Vitrea, Xcelera, Circle VI) highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ability to manage clinical data accurately
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to train and guide clinical and field teams effectively
  • Proven analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities in complex clinical scenarios
  • Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and engage confidently with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as required
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary range ($126,000–$178,000 depending on experience and qualifications)
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance options
  • Retirement savings plans and financial wellness programs
  • Paid time off, holidays, and flexible work arrangements (remote eligible within the U.S.)
  • Professional development and clinical training opportunities
  • Exposure to advanced cardiovascular innovation and cutting-edge imaging technologies
  • Collaborative, mission-driven environment focused on improving patient outcomes
