Lead a Team. Make an Impact.Sylva Valley Health & Rehab is hiring an experienced RN Unit Manager to provide clinical leadership, support nursing staff, and help maintain high-quality resident care in a skilled nursing environment.
We are looking for a strong nurse leader who is organized, dependable, clinically skilled, and comfortable managing day-to-day operations on the unit.

- Oversee daily clinical operations of assigned unit
- Support and supervise nurses, CNAs, and medication aides
- Monitor resident care, documentation, and follow-up needs
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination
- Review incidents, falls, skin concerns, medications, and changes in condition
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
- Communicate effectively with providers, residents, families, and leadership
- Help maintain staffing support, accountability, and teamwork on the unit
- Participate in care plan meetings, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing experience REQUIRED
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
- Dependable attendance and professional communication
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Stable leadership environment
- Strong focus on teamwork and support
