Job Summary

GCC Penetration & Deal Support

Account Penetration: Directly penetrate new accounts within the India-based Global Capability Centers (GCCs).

Global Deal Support: Provide essential local support to help close complex deals initiated by US and European teams (e.g., Ford, JPMorganChase).

Adoption & Execution: Ensure HQ testing strategies are successfully executed by local GCC technical teams.

2 GSI Navigation & Strategic Partnerships

Partnership Development: Navigate and support emerging partnerships with key Global Systems Integrators (GSIs).

HCL Strategic Focus: Leverage existing network and history at HCL to develop strategic opportunities for the Tango platform.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development: Navigate and support emerging partnerships with key Global Systems Integrators (GSIs).

HCL Strategic Focus: Leverage existing network and history at HCL to develop strategic opportunities for the Tango platform.

3 Community Strategy & Integration

Leverage Infrastructure: Partner with local Copado Evangelists to build upon a community of 100,000+ members (50% based in India).

Tango-Specific Growth: Utilize existing user groups and "Champions" to scale rapidly without starting from scratch.

4 Technical Team Building

Recruitment Leadership: Lead the search for a local Solutions Architect/Pre-Sales lead with a deep ServiceNow background.

Technical Definition: Define requirements for enterprise demonstrations and automated testing integrations.

5 Opportunistic Domestic Sales

Market Expansion: Identify and pursue high-value revenue opportunities within the Indian domestic market.

Local Closer: Act as the local closer for Indian-headquartered corporations interested in the Tango ecosystem.
