Location: Las Vegas, NV
Pay: $29.00 per hour (+ shift differentials)
Job Type: Full-Time | Contract | Onsite

About the Role

We're hiring safety-focused Level 3 Vehicle Operators to support the testing and operation of next-generation autonomous vehicle technology.

In this role, you'll safely operate company vehicles, perform basic software tasks, conduct vehicle inspections, document observations, and provide valuable feedback to engineering teams. You'll play a critical role in supporting vehicle operations while helping advance the future of autonomous mobility.

No autonomous vehicle experience is required. We're looking for dependable, adaptable individuals with excellent driving habits, strong communication skills, and a passion for technology.

Shift Information

Day Shift
  • 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM

Night Shift

  • 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM

Overnight Shift

  • 11:45 PM – 8:15 AM

Available schedules include:

  • Monday–Friday
  • Tuesday–Saturday
  • Wednesday–Sunday
  • Thursday–Monday
  • Friday–Tuesday
  • Saturday–Wednesday
  • Sunday–Thursday

Additional shift premiums apply for qualifying evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate company vehicles while following all traffic laws and safety procedures.
  • Drive between 4–8 hours per shift.
  • Perform basic software operation tasks.
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance checks.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness.
  • Document observations and testing results accurately.
  • Provide written and verbal feedback to engineering teams.
  • Support vehicle logistics, movement, and storage.
  • Assist with operational documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Excellent driving history.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable driving for extended periods.
  • Basic vehicle knowledge and ability to perform routine vehicle checks.
  • Comfortable using technology and troubleshooting basic software issues.
  • Professional, dependable, and safety-focused.
  • Ability to work assigned schedules, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience.
  • Military experience.
  • Previous professional driving experience.
  • Interest in autonomous vehicle technology.
