Pay: 27.00 an hour/ plus incentive (Free health insurance plan offered for team member)
Monday - Saturday business operations - Some Saturdays required
The Role: The Customer Excellence Representative serves as the premier ambassador and primary partner for our retail accounts and clients. This is a high-level, white-glove service role responsible for orchestrating the entire lifecycle of a luxury purchase—from initial elite inquiry and custom design consultation to final curation, production oversight, and specialized delivery. Operating with an immaculate attention to detail, this position elevates operational efficiency into an art form, ensuring that every interaction reflects Tacori's commitment to craftsmanship and prestige.
Core Responsibilities:
White-Glove Order & Quote Management: Serving as a dedicated advisor for complex account orders, navigating Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) databases (Navision) with flawless precision to manage high-value product specifications, premium pricing, and expedited logistics.
Bespoke Custom Design Liaison: Acting as the strategic bridge between our elite retail partners and Tacori's internal master artisans. Translating a client's specific design vision into an immaculate, multi-variable custom production quote (intricately calculating materials, labor constraints, and customization fees).
Strategic Retail Partnership & Enablement: Empowering nationwide luxury retail accounts and internal sales executives with sophisticated product knowledge, upcoming campaign strategies, and specialized brand storytelling tools to drive meaningful, high-ticket sales conversations.
Point-of-Sale & Visual Experience Curation: Orchestrating the seamless fulfillment and tracking of premium Point-of-Sale (POS) marketing assets and high-profile event orders, ensuring that partner boutique environments are impeccably "show-ready" for the brand.
Executive Sales Support & Asset Stewardship: Providing elite backend support for critical business workflows, including complex Return Authorizations (RAs), high-value inventory tracking (consignment and memo diamond portfolios), and premium partner onboarding.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The "Luxury Experience Concierge": Possesses a sophisticated, polished communication style and 2–4 years of experience cultivating deep business relationships within luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or premium account management.
Obsession with Flawless Execution: Demonstrates impeccable operational discipline. Understands that in high-end jewelry, absolute accuracy is a prerequisite of prestige; a single digit error disrupts an artisan's custom work.
Analytical & Quantitative Acumen: Highly comfortable utilizing advanced math to navigate multi-tiered pricing, margins, and custom design variables within Microsoft Excel and internal databases.
Dynamic Flexibility: Thrives in a rapidly changing, premium brand landscape, with the availability to support a non-exempt, as-needed corporate office schedule—including a rotating Saturday roster to seamlessly support our nationwide retail boutiques during peak luxury shopping hours.
