About the Role
- The Executive Director (ED) is the key management leader for the facility. The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs, and strategic plan of the organization.
- Under the immediate supervision of the Regional Director of Operations, the Executive Director is responsible for fiscal management that generally anticipates operating within the approved budget, ensures maximum resource utilization, and maintenance of the organization in a positive financial position.

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 3-5 years senior management experience required
- The ability to prioritize and multi-task, with exceptional time management skills. Ability to competently encourage and inspire direct reports in the delivery of stellar clinical services through professionalism.
- Scheduling flexibility REQUIRED to accommodate varied client admissions.
- Must hold a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and provide own insured transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Operations
- Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring quality care and efficient performance
- Lead, develop, and hold accountable department leaders and staff
- Maintain a safe, compliant, and therapeutic environment
Financial Management
- Manage facility budget, expenses, and financial performance
- Review financial reports and variance analysis
- Ensure appropriate resource allocation and cost control
Staffing & HR
- Oversee hiring, staffing levels, and workforce planning
- Monitor labor hours, overtime, and staffing ratios
- Ensure timely performance reviews, training, and corrective actions
Clinical & Quality Oversight
- Monitor care delivery, documentation and EMR compliance
- Review client satisfaction data and drive performance improvement
- Ensure adherence to admission, discharge, and treatment protocols
Compliance & Regulatory
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Joint Commission, and state/federal regulations
- Oversee infection control, medication management, and incident reporting
- Maintain readiness for audits and inspections
Facility & Environment of Care
- Oversee safety, security, and facility operations (equipment, utilities, vendors)
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement needs
- Ensure proper functioning of IT systems and infrastructure
Compensation: $75,000-$95,000 annually
