Host (Front of House)

• Give a warm welcome to every customer
• Seat customers
• Manage a wait list
• Communicate customer concerns to the Manager when appropriate
• Answer telephone within three rings and direct calls and/or assist customer with placing To-Go orders
• Help fellow Team Members when appropriate
• Learn the set up of the dining area and table numbers
• Have knowledge of the menu to explain offerings to customers
• Ensure all To-Go orders are correct and go over order with customer to ensure their order is fulfilled
• Able to operate POS system for transactions
• Enter orders in proper sequence
• Cleaning, including performing opening and closing duties
• Must be available to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
