Central Sterile Processing Tech at Scotland Memorial Hospital – Laurinburg, North Carolina

The Central Sterile Processing Technician functions within sterile processing of nursing to prepare, assemble, process and distribute instruments, equipment and supplies for utilization in the operating room and/or non-operative procedures; this includes appropriate record keeping. Qualifications include a high school dipoloma or GED; Central Sterile Certification preferred; 1 year of experience in central sterile preferred; excellent communication & organization skills; diplomacy, tact, and a positive approach to problem solving.
