SUMMARY: SUMMARY: Oversees all personnel and environmental issues to ensure optimal outcomes and cost efficiencies. Establishes and enforces high patient care standards for the unit. Assesses patient, physician and staff needs to decision-making actions. Identifies and implements best practices for achieving long and short term goals. Provides innovative solutions to problem issues. Hires, develops, and retains the best people who thrive in a team-oriented environment. Ensures regulatory and hospital mission compliance. EXPERIENCE: 3 years nursing experience required; 1 year in specialty preferred; Previous management experience preferred.

OTHER: Basic computer skills.

LICENSE/CERT: Required: RN (Registered Nurse) State of Missouri, BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association)
