As a Fulfillment Associate, you'll be picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment, tracking inventory levels, restocking, and conducting regular checks. You'll be involved in accurate order fulfillment, basic inventory control processes, and organizing and cleaning the warehouse/stockroom. The Fulfillment Associate is a physically demanding, entry-level job that requires supervision.
What you'll do
- Utilize Cloud-Based WMS: Learn and operate Warehouse Management Software (WMS), hand scanners, and other technology for efficient order fulfillment and inventory control.
- Order Picking: Pick, verify, pack, label, and stage inventory for order fulfillment, shelf replenishment, and cross-location transfers.
- Inventory Management: Electronically and physically count, transfer, and organize inventory. Audit and handle damaged, defective, or expired items for return or shrinkage. Clean and organize damaged or malfunctioning trial or rental equipment.
- Inventory Assembly: Assemble healthcare equipment using basic hand tools and power tools.
- Customer Assistance: Help customers encountered during these tasks.
- Worksite Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the worksite, including aisles and exits. Contribute to safety by following OHS guidelines and company policies.
- Lifting and Moving: Safely lift up to 50 lbs independently and push/pull up to 100 lbs on a cart.
- Operate Equipment: Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, rolling ladders, step stools, and lift trucks (training provided and worksite dependent).
- Team Collaboration: Work with cross-departmental and cross-location teams to foster a results-oriented culture and enhance the customer experience through both team and individual efforts.

Education & experience
- Highschool diploma strongly preferred.
- Retail supply chain operations experience is an asset.
- Experience with computer and cloud-based Warehouse Management Software (WMS) is an asset.
- Basic working knowledge of small hand and power tools may be an asset.
- Prior certification in forklift operation (sit-down and stand-up) may be an asset.

Starting Wage: $17 hourly
Availability: 5 days/week Mon through Saturday
