About the Role:
Our client, WellZest, is seeking experienced and certified Personal Health Advisors who are eager to make a difference in people’s lives. As a Personal Health Advisor, you will create personalized wellness plans tailored to each client’s unique needs. Based on their responses to our in-depth assessment, you’ll craft a holistic plan that may include practices like tapping, sound therapy, reiki, hypnotherapy, and more. Your role doesn’t end with the plan creation; you’ll also be available via text to answer any client questions and provide ongoing support and encouragement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop personalized wellness plans based on client assessments.
• Utilize your expertise in holistic health practices, recommending the right modalities at the right time.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing support and answering questions via text.
• Maintain a high level of organization and reliability, ensuring each client feels supported throughout their wellness journey.
• Uphold WellZest's values of positivity, growth, accountability, and transparency.

Requirements:

• Certified Wellness Coach from a NBHWC-recognized program.
• Extensive experience in holistic health practices such as tapping, sound therapy, reiki, hypnotherapy, and more.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Passionate about helping others achieve their wellness goals.
• Highly organized and dependable.
• Ability to work from home independently and effectively manage workload.
• Ability to follow a coaching protocol and document client progress in the WellZest portal.
