Respiratory Care Manager at Citizens Memorial – Bolivar, Missouri

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is seeking a Respiratory Care Manager for the Respiratory Care Department located at our main hospital in Bolivar, Missouri.

The Respiratory Care Department at CMH provides timely and quality respiratory care to inpatients, outpatients, and emergency patients under medical supervision.

The Respiratory Care Manager will assure the quality of respiratory care provided; manage operations, protocols, policies, and procedures; coordinate performance improvement activities; supervise staff; help manage financial and personnel budgets; explore opportunities for new services and products to enhance patient care and provide financial growth; coordinate education programs; assist with new employee selection and orientation; coordinate activities with other departments; maintain required documentation; maintain professional attitude and behavior, and perform other duties as requested.

This position is full-time days.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Formal accreditation from NBRC as a Registered Respiratory Therapist is required; Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy or a Bachelor's of Science is preferred
• Experience: 4 years experience as a Respiratory Therapist is required; prior supervisory or management experience is preferred
• Skills: Customer Service, Communication, Critical Thinking, Problem-Solving, Leadership
• Licensure/Certification: Registered Respiratory Therapist
