• Greet customers
• Sell tickets for showings and assign lanes for bowling within facility.
• Fill orders for customers at the concession desk for popcorn, drinks, snacks, and meals.
• Make popcorn and maintain minimum levels of refreshments.
• Maintain a clean and pleasing environment at the front counter for guests.
• Guide and give direction to guests within facility.
• Perform tasks assigned by Department manager or Manager on duty.
