A Senior Guest Services Specialist will make a significant impact by serving as a concierge and managing the concierge team to ensure residents and guests are greeted and directed with exceptional care. By efficiently handling email inquiries, ordering office supplies, and assisting with organizing and preparing paperwork, they streamline day-to-day operations. Their role extends to supporting inter-disciplinary and guest communication and performing administrative tasks like data entry, ensuring seamless coordination across departments. Through these efforts, the senior guest services specialist contributes to creating a welcoming, organized, and responsive environment for both residents and visitors.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm with some evening shifts and some weekends and holiday coverage
What you will need:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or at least six months clerical experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired.
- Must be able to comprehend and perform oral and written instructions and procedures.
- Possess intermediate personal computer skills and ability to utilize various software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- 3 years of customer service or reception experience required
