Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn all about the coffee business
• Have a positive uplifting inclusive demeanor
• Ability to work 8+ hours a week.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
• Dependability
• Multitask and problem solving skills
• Customer Service skills preferred
• Some college experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Connect with each customer and promote sales
• Welcome questions and seek opportunities to educate customers about Scooter's products
• Take orders and process payment in a timely and friendly fashion
• Manage cash drawer, following established cash handling procedures
• Serve all customer orders according to recipe and aesthetic guidelines
• Deliver products within established speed of service guidelines and identify drink upon delivery
• Operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment
• Optimize workflow efficiency by restocking workstations, food, supplies, and merchandise
• Make and follow daiky checklists
