Marco's Pizza in Deer Park is a brand new location! We are currently seeking Shift Managers for immediate hire. If you are the leader that others want to follow and you enjoy satisfying customer needs by delivering a high quality product and have experience in a fast-paced environment, you need to contact us! We are hiring immediately and look forward to meeting with management qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

· Shift Managers will supervise, motivate and coach the entire crew and all workstations in the day to day operations on either day or night shifts

· Assist Customers over the phones & over the counter

· General kitchen operations and office tasks; Opening & Closing the store, Food Prep in the morning, stocking & rotating, maintaining cleanliness & cleaning at close, monitoring service reports, running closing computer tasks, etc.

· Will train in basic kitchen administrative tasks. e.g., inventory, food ordering, scheduling, operations reports, etc.

· Train new Crew Members

· Completes all other duties as assigned

Manager Requirements:

· Management experience (1 year Preferred)

· Restaurant experience (1 year preferred)

· Food Handler Certification (preferred)

· High School or equivalent (required)

· Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment (required)

· Must be available for Mornings, Nights, Weekend and Holiday shifts

· Must have attention for detail & food quality

· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Must have good customer service skills

· Must have good communication skills

· Must display maturity, patience and good people skills.

· Must have basic computer and math skills

· Must be able to lift 50 pounds
