Charge Nurse LVN or RN (All Shifts) - On Demand Pay!

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Charge Nurse LVN or RN to join our team. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care. This is a full-time position with on-demand pay, offering flexibility and competitive compensation.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage the nursing staff, ensuring that all patient care is delivered in accordance with established standards and protocols

- Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement appropriate interventions

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Monitor and document patient progress, and communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed

- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families

- Maintain accurate and complete medical records

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of practice

Requirements:

- Active LVN or RN license

- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays

- BLS/CPR certification
