Maintain training program and records on employees according to EAH Policy and Procedures.

• Minimum Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
• 
  Minimum Experience
  • 5+ years phlebotomy experience
• 
  Required Registration/License/Certification
  • Driver’s License
  • Current Phlebotomy Certification
• 
  Preferred Education
  • Associate Degree preferred
• 
  Preferred Experience
  • 5+ years supervisory experience
  • 1-2 years in staff training/development
