Lead Maintenance Tech at TRINITY MANAGEMENT COMPANY LLC – Mesa, Arizona

This is a rewarding opportunity to work for a highly successful Arizona-based Property Management Company and team of professionals. We are seeking a lead Maintenance technician who is professional and maintains a friendly rapport with residents, team members, the Property Manager, office staff, and subcontractors.

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, hardworking, trustworthy, and has a high degree of integrity. Lead techs perform skilled maintenance and general labor, as well as our properties' day-to-day upkeep and repairs, including unit turns, service repairs, pool care, grounds, and preventive maintenance. Knowledge of the Apartment industry will set candidates apart.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of residential property maintenance or equivalent experience:
• Stable and consistent work history with excellent references
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, appliances, swimming pools, painting, electrical, irrigation systems, and carpentry a plus
• Skilled maintenance
• Must be available for on-call after-hours emergencies
• This job may require travel to our surrounding properties in both the east and west valley.
• Must provide own basic tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required.
• General Labor.
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English in a manner sufficient to carry out the duties
• Drug and background testing required

Responsibilities:

• Maintains electrical systems, lighting, plumbing, and performs minor building improvements
• Maintenance of roofs, fixture replacements, floor installation, ceiling tile replacements
• Responsible for keeping the Maintenance Supervisor abreast of any possible issues and problems.
• Must demonstrate a spirit of cooperation and teamwork.
