We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented team members to join our growing operation.

Position Summary:
As a Paint line Painter, you’ll be responsible for applying coatings to metal parts to meet our quality standards. You’ll work on a production line with a team to ensure jobs are completed accurately, safely, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
Apply coatings using electrostatic liquid spray equipment and powder coating equipment tools.

Inspect parts for correct color, coverage, and finish.

Follow traveler/work order instructions carefully.

Mix paints according to specifications.

Run test panels or first-off parts as needed for approval.

Maintain clean and organized work area (5S standards).

Follow all safety protocols, including PPE requirements.

Communicate issues to supervisor promptly.
help with racking/un-racking parts and other production tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
Prior experience in industrial painting, powder coating, or metal finishing a plus. .

Ability to work early morning shifts reliably.

Comfortable working in a production environment with chemicals and equipment.

Good attention to detail and quality.

Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.

Team-oriented attitude.

Ability to lift/move parts and equipment as needed (up to ~50 lbs).

Schedule:
Single shift: Production starts at 4:30 AM overlap crew is needed start time 6:00 am.

Part time hours to start , Full-time hours with overtime potential.
