We are seeking a Plumber for the Multifamily Division to join our team!

You will work on diverse projects, ensuring the highest standards of plumbing installation and maintenance. Be part of a collaborative environment that values skill, innovation, and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

Install and maintain plumbing systems in multi-family residential buildings.

Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials.

Collaborate with construction teams to ensure timely completion of plumbing installations in line with project timelines.

Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify and resolve issues such as leaks or clogs.

Install fixtures, appliances, and plumbing systems in kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas requiring plumbing.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety standards.

Work with project managers and other trades to coordinate plumbing work and address any plumbing-related issues.

Provide guidance and support to apprentices and junior plumbers.

Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project.

Respond to emergency plumbing calls promptly and efficiently to mitigate damage and restore service.

Use tools and equipment safely and maintain them in good working condition.

Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements.

Willingness to work overtime when needed.

Qualifications:

Valid plumbing license and certification applicable to state regulations

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in multi-family residential plumbing

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and plumbing schematics

Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and standards

Experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in new and existing multi-family units

Ability to operate plumbing tools and equipment safely and effectively

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environmental conditions

Strong communication skills for coordinating with construction teams and clients

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for job site visits

Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company safety policies

Ability to handle physical workload of 50 pounds
