POSITION: Dietary Server

DEPARTMENT: Dietary

IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Dietary Supervisor

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

The Dietary Aide assists with meal preparation, dining room assistance, taking orders, setting tables, prepping salad bar, dishwashing and cleaning of kitchen. Assists in the kitchen area prior to, during, and after meals are served to the residents, staff and community patrons. Assists in maintaining the kitchen work areas, and keeping equipment, utensils and serving areas clean and orderly. All servers will complete annual training through Educare as assigned.

1. Demonstrate compatibility with Pine Hills Retirement Community missions and operating philosophies.
2. Demonstrate the ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all residents and staff.
3. The ability to pass a satisfactory Criminal Background Check and Urine Drug Test.
