Dixie Acai/Smoothie in West Palm Beach, Florida at HESSMO LLC

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and efficient Smoothie/Acai Bowl Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing fresh smoothies, juices, and related beverages according to recipes and customer preferences, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, quality, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve smoothies, juices, protein shakes, / other beverages accurately and efficiently
• Follow standardized recipes and portion sizes
• Operate blenders, juicers, and other kitchen equipment safely
• Restock ingredients (fruit, vegetables, ice, supplements, etc.) as needed
• Ensure the prep station is clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations
• Assist with inventory checks and report shortages
• Clean equipment, counters, and work areas at the end of each shift
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous food service or smoothie/juice bar experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Food Handler’s Certificate (may be required based on location)

Work Schedule:

• Morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts available
• Part-time availability-SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS REQUIRED-(25-30) HOURS A WEEK

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced, customer-facing food service setting
• Exposure to cold ingredients, wet conditions, and noise from equipment
