In this role, you’ll engage directly with customers in the service drive, inspect and measure tire tread depth and wear, and recommend the best tire solutions to meet their needs.

• Greet customers in the service drive and perform visual inspections of their tires.
  
• Measure tread depth, check tire wear patterns, and identify safety or performance concerns.
  
• Clearly communicate tire condition findings to customers and explain available replacement options.
  
• Recommend tire brands, sizes, and models that best fit each vehicle and driving style.
  
• Collaborate with the service advisors and technicians to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.
  
• Maintain product knowledge of tire brands, features, warranties, and promotions.
  
• Achieve individual and team sales goals while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
  
• Assist in maintaining tire inventory and displays in the service area.
  

• Previous experience in automotive service, tire sales, or related retail sales preferred.
  
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
  
• Ability to measure and assess tire wear accurately and confidently explain findings.
  
• A self-starter with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
  
• Basic computer skills for processing orders and maintaining records.
  
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
