RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for performing Fitness Evaluations on potential clients.
• Management of TrueCoach which is our online platform to manage our clients.
• Reach out to potential clients weekly by eitehr calling, emailing, or meeting in person to scheudle Fitness Evaluation.
• Greeting patients, clients and visitors in a professional manner
• Teach and monitor clients performing exercises
• Accurate and efficient sales package entry, scheduling and client profile creation into Mindbody.
• Working with the front desk staff to optimize fitness evaluation process.
• Disinfect and maintain facility and equipment
• Recording of videos for marketing
• Regularly communicate with clients, staff, doctors, and other referral sources while working in a clinical environment
• Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Degree
• CPT Certification
• CSCS preferred
• Previous Experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Familiarity using MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred, but not required.
