After continued growth, we are looking to expand our development capabilities, for our in-house technology stack.

As a Quality Assurance Tester, you’ll work in a live, multi-platform, multi-user entertainment platform, and will work closely with the Product team and Software Development team on testing product deliverables at a high standard.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Work directly with the product and development teams on new features and issue identification and resolution
• Triage and produce detailed reports on bugs including test plans and issue reproduction steps and resources
• Identify defects and areas in need of improvement within the software, and proactively identify potential improvements to product UX.
• Provide feedback on quality assurance test procedures and policies.

Preferred experience and qualifications:

• Experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or related technical field
• High attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication skills to work with a range of stakeholders and raise issues effectively
• Working with Agile Scrum processes and with project tracking software like Jira
• Knowledge of quality assurance methods, and tools.
