As a Barista at Cuppa and a Chapter, you will play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our customers, serving up delicious coffee and treats with a smile.

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, in accordance with customer preferences
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning coffee machines, countertops, and utensils
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring ingredient levels
- Help to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers, engaging with them and building relationships

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred, but not required
- A friendly and outgoing personality, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
