About the role:

The ideal candidate will have experience in excellent project delivery skills within DTJ’s areas of focus, including resort, multifamily, amenities, and residential projects. Key requirements include the ability to balance design solutions with solid construction knowledge, have an organizational focus and have proficient Revit experience. This individual will work directly with studio leaders on projects and will be responsible for the documentation and management of a diverse set of projects. The ultimate candidate will have skill in leading and inspiring a team of other design professionals and integrating DTJ’s multi-discipline project approach.

Qualifications:

• Strong construction knowledge and graphic skills
• Ability to assemble drawing and documentation packages
• Positive attitude and great communication skills
• Team Leadership
• Attention to detail
• Interdisciplinary collaboration
• Experience with BIM 360, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam
• Knowledge/experience in Sketchup or other modeling software highly preferred
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent design degree
