Job Summary: Hours M-F 9:00a – 5:30pm

We’re looking for a Producer who will play a vital role in planning, coordinating, and executing video productions—from large-scale shoots to digital content. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, creative environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Produce and coordinate a variety of video shoots, including large productions and digital campaigns.
2. Oversee all pre-production tasks, including:
   • Coordinate shoot locations and serve as the liaison with location owners to communicate production needs.
   • Schedule scouts for directors and key crew
   • Book talent when needed
   • Assisting directors with creating shot lists and schedules
   • Facilitate and/or attend storyboard and script meetings.
   • Finalize crew lists with the directors, manage catering, H&MU, and other vendors for shoots
   • Coordinate all on-site logistics (permits, bathrooms, releases, etc.)
   • Create and distribute call sheets.

1. Manage on-shoot responsibilities:

• Distribute scripts and storyboards.
• Ensure all scripts and shot lists are captured.
• Maintain close communication with directors.
• Take detailed shoot notes, mark takes, and provide notes to editors.
• Ensure accuracy throughout the shoot.

1. Set up and organize project folders in internal file sharing system.
2. Provide project updates in team meetings.
3. Collaborate with other producers and directors on active projects.
4. Create and track budget estimates for all shoots, including securing budget approvals and reconciling budgets post-shoot

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Proven experience as a Producer or Production Coordinator in video, film, or digital media.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with production tools such as editing software is a plus
• Experience using F-Track is a plus
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
• Ability to use and learn AI technology to help facilitate repeatable processes

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University
• 3+ years experience in production, creative operations, or similar roles
• Familiarity with creative production environments and project workflows is a plus

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Being present, standing and sitting, on film sets for multiple hours a day.
