Description
Infrastructure Precast Logistics is seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager in the state of Ohio to join our team. This full-time, remote position will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across our commercial precast product lines. The Commercial Sales Manager will work closely with project managers, logistics teams, and executive leadership to ensure customer needs are met while promoting long-term partnerships and delivering benchmark-level customer service.
Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, preparing and presenting proposals, and ensuring that customer projects are aligned with company capabilities and timelines. This role requires a balance of sales expertise, relationship management, and industry knowledge to support the continued growth of our business.
Qualifications:
• Proven track record in commercial or construction-related sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Strategic thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to identify opportunities and drive results in a competitive market
• Experience working with civil plans, job details and short order forms.
• Positive attitude and ability to lead by example in a team environment
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
