KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Guest Experience Excellence - Deliver warm, enthusiastic service that makes every guest feel like a VIP. Youre the welcoming presence that sets the tone and ensures every need is met with care and speed.
  • Master of the Details - From polished banquet setups to spotless cleanups, you keep every space organized and event-ready. Your precision ensures nothing is out of place and everything is secured post-event.
  • Clear Communicator - Menus, questions, ordersyou handle them all with clarity and professionalism. Your confident delivery keeps guests informed and satisfied.
  • Schedule Savvy - Whether its a busy weekend or a late-night shift, you manage your time like a pro. You adapt to the rhythm of the hotel and keep things moving smoothly.
  • Safety First - Youre always alert, following safety protocols and reporting concerns promptly. With proper equipment use and a watchful eye, you help maintain a secure environment for all.

Qualifications:

  • Three to six months of related experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage difficult or emotional situations and respond promptly to guest needs.
  • Ability to meet work schedule demands, including occasional work outside of regular hours based on business needs.
