Third Shift CNC Machine Operator at Donsco Inc – Wrightsville, Pennsylvania

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
1. Maintain a safe, clean and orderly work area.
2. Operates machine with guidance and direction from the Shift Supervisor or assigned mentor.
3. Basic ability to read and follow instructions according to blueprint, work instructions and/or M.O.
4. Produce quality parts.
5. Assemble parts.
6. Deburr, wash, RP and pack parts to standard.
7. Able to change inserts and maintain oils and coolant levels.
8. Follow IRS sheets.
9. Perform in process inspection and record as necessary.
10. Complete appropriate paperwork.
11. Adheres to 6s and safety procedures.
12. Other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS (BACKGROUND/SKILL/TRAINING):
1. High school diploma or GED is preferred.
2. Detail oriented and ability to multi task.
3. Demonstrates general mathematical and computer skills
4. Read and understand work orders.
5. Demonstrates basic mechanical and assembly abilities.
6. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills; Able to work independently or as a team.
7. Reads and understands English.
8. Able to lift, push or pull up to 50lbs routinely.
