You'll use your communication skills, attention to detail, and product knowledge to answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure every customer experience reflects our commitment to service and integrity. Whether it's guiding a first-time buyer, helping a returning customer maximize savings, or coordinating with internal teams to make things right, you'll play a key role in supporting our mission: Helping Others Help Themselves.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Customer Service & Relationship Management: Provide excellent service by responding to customer inquiries within one business day, resolving complaints, and answering questions about shipping, products, and orders; communicate professionally and positively via email, phone, or social media using grammatically correct written and verbal communication; build strong relationships with internal teams—Accounting, Fundraising, Account Managers, Manufacturing, and Shipping & Receiving—to serve customer needs and resolve fulfillment issues; and act as a liaison between customers/the Retail Division and internal departments

· Order Entry & Fulfillment Support: Enter orders and customer interactions into Salesforce and Business Central for both new and existing customers; process and ship product samples to customers; provide backup support to the sales teams as needed.

· Sales Support & Customer Growth: Support inside sales by advising customers when they're close to discount thresholds, researching and qualifying leads, and maintaining quote documentation; and track lead status and generate reports in Salesforce.

· Product Knowledge & Issue Resolution: use your knowledge of our products and processes to answer questions and troubleshoot fulfillment issues; apply active listening and questioning to gather information and ensure customer satisfaction.

· Travel: occasional travel (up to four times per year, for up to three days per trip) to attend trade shows or customer meetings.

Education & Experience Preferred for Success in this Role

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of two years prior experience in a combination of Customer Service and in an office setting.

Tools & Physical Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will primarily utilize general office equipment (copier, scanner, telephone) and computer hardware and software (PC, Microsoft Office Suite, SalesForce, JustFoods). Physical, requirements include: Sitting, Standing, Crawling, Bending, Reaching (overhead, at shoulder height, waist height, below waist), fine manipulation, Seeing, Smelling, Taste, Touch, Hearing
