About the Role:

The General Helper position at our Florida Plant is essential for maintaining the efficiency and productivity of our manufacturing operations. This role involves supporting various departments by performing a range of tasks that contribute to the overall workflow and output of the plant. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that equipment is properly maintained and that materials are organized and readily available for production. By assisting skilled workers and machine operators, and adhering to safety protocols, the General Helper will help create a safe and productive work environment. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift heavy objects without assistance and perform physical tasks.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• Familiarity with basic machinery and tools.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and operation of machinery and equipment.
