Your role is to make sure they understand their options, answer their questions, and guide them through the process with professionalism and care.

On a daily basis, you’ll connect with members by phone or video, schedule appointments, walk them through their available programs, and complete the necessary follow-up and paperwork. Every interaction matters—because the coverage you help put in place directly impacts the lives of the families you serve.
