How you will make an impact:

As an MDS Nurse (RN) at Mountain Vista Senior Living, you'll ensure that all contributing documentation and information reported on the MDS is accurate, timely and submitted according to state/federal regulations and facility policy and procedure. Encourages each resident's ability to maintain or attain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, through Community programs and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, ABHM mission and core values.

Schedule: This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, day shift.

What you will need:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current, unencumbered, RN license with the State Board of Nursing in Colorado or current compact state license required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an MDS, LTC experience strongly preferred.
