ACCTS RECEIVABLE TEAM RESOURCE REP at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center – Tampa, Florida

Position Highlights:

• The Accounts Receivable Team Resource assists the Accounts Receivable team in daily administrative functions as well as serves as a backup to the Moffitt Cashier Representative

The Ideal Candidate:

• The Ideal Candidate will have experience in cash handling and deposit balancing
• The candidate will also have familiarity with Healthcare and Insurance explanation of benefits

Responsibilities:

• Assist Cash Posters on clerical daily duties
• Assist Manager handling all clerical aspects of Refunds process
• Serve as back up to Casher Representative
• Post insurance and patients refunds into Soarian Financials
• Review Cash Posters daily batches for patient responsibility accuracy
• Review AR refund worklist for request that have been completed or missed

Credentials and Education:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience cash handling and deposit balancing
• Exp with Healthcare and Insurance explanation of benefits
• Exp with clerical job duties in a Healthcare office setting
